Damp again this morning, Pat said there was a storm coming.
Had a cuppa coffee with Mike and said our farewells , wished them well with sale here and purchase in Bridlington UK and their new life over there.in
We left at 9.30am, went via A22 toll road as they assured us our ticket was valid for that road.
Once more into Spain, past a large field laid out with oranges drying...maybe for gin..
A huge 6 lane roundabout on outskirts of Seville with cars, cris crossing all lanes, Tony maneuvered like a pro, very good driving, so patient and un fazed I am in awe of his skills. Not for the feint hearted.
Got diesel €+.20 ltr €20 16.7 ltrs. New motorway roading into Cordoba sent the sat nav into a spin, got lost up new motorway till we could turn off and come back, then through narrow back streets, onto another new Road lost again uggghhhh. As we arrived near to our park the roads were closed off by Garda, they said drive very slowly into car park on left. As we approached we could see crowds of people lining the main road, it was a parade for the 3 King's Day.
We got the ticket from the barrier €11.95 per day, lots of motorhomes , massive car park. Found a spot parked up and walked back to the road to watch the parade, complete with old fashioned lolly scramble, Tony was in there with the rest of them haha.
The 3 King's are the three wise men that came to see the baby Jesus.
