Thursday 1 December 2016 To Wateringbury

Awoke to the refreshing rural sounds of the crows and Llamas in this delightful ex winery of Barnsgate Manor.  No frost today, sunny and mild.

Good drive to my friend Sue 's in a little village near Maidstone of Wateringbury. She has a big front drive just made for our Bessie and we parked there easily.  Lovely bungalow and she insisted we sleep indoors in her spare room. Went over to her son Gavin's for a quick visit, they have made some great changes and alterations to their home. Had an great catch up with with them and Sue.

Friday was a lovely sunny day again,  been very lucky with the weather. Sue's 2 grandchildren came over for the afternoon while mum went to work. Sue said good practice for us with any future grandchildren haha.

Went for a walk around the local area, very rural but not far to towns either, good little spot here in Kent.

Walked to The Wateringbury local pub, live music very good female singer where we had a very good meal. Lovely evening.
