Off to local police station to get pension form witnessed, Tony had to confirm our situation was unchanged and get it verified by local notary public. All done no problems, the lady seargent had family in Christchurch so had a little chat with her. Then off to post the form back to NZ.
Then to chemist to see if they could give Tony his medications...no...suggested we go to the walk in centre in Lincoln City.
Bus in after lunch, 20 min walk to the centre to be told they couldn't do it, if we were visiting family we should get a temporary registration and the Doctor could then give us prescription for the required medication.
Walked around lincoln, I was very good....went into my favourite shop...Boots chemist, looked at the new wonder cream for face and neck......tightens and firms....for £84......I gave a last longing look, big sigh and actually walked Away!,,! It didn't seem that many years ago I used buy up large in here......oh well there is a lot to be said for ageing gracefully.......so I am told.....so Pat on the back for me to resist. Haha
Bus back and Ena had prepared a side salad, new potatoes and a delicious piece of fresh salmon for dinner....delicious......we are getting spoilt.
