Well it was forecast, dogs carried on as if it was a spring day frolicking in the corn fileds and Clifford finally managed to get Lewa's collar off. We walked up and down the rows and retraced our steps to see if we could find it, but like looking for and needle in a haystack.
Drove to Saint Cyprien to check the aire for Pat and Les but it was closed, Belves is just a waste emptying site, so asked at the Carrefour in Siorac if a motorhome could stay overnight, which it can, no problem, big carpark and handy to us for a catch up the day they pass thru en route to their house in Spain.
After lunch went to get a new collar for Lewa, only gone less than an hour and they pawed a hot water bottle off the kitchen island bench and demolished it. Stu said living up to their name, the terrorists, mostly the dogs are pretty good.
Afternoon walk met Eric the Falconer, friendly chap, we heard gun shots, it's still hunting season, seems so close to civilisation.
Dogs settled in front of the fire for a cosy night in.
