Rain stopped and turned into a sunny day. We were so into the wine tasting yesterday, didn't get a photo. Had to be done, so called in on way out and they duly obliged us. Well it had to be done.

 

Tree-lined roads, although no leaves still made a lovely archway along the drive. Hillsides and villages are peppered with ruins of forts and abbeys absolutely studded with history.

 

Once again Orange proved to be a problem for parking, so had to drive round and on.

 Montelimar was great for large shopping area with an Aldi and room to park,  phewww,  stocked up.......a bit too well.......oh well it will last, seems to be keeping well despite no fridge.  Filled up on gpl at .67 took 20 ltrs €13.57. Very strange as the cylinders are 11kg and 6kg but people say they can't be overfilled.

The site we found eventually after driving all around the side streets, proved to be too boggy after the rain, so on we went across the river around gain to Le Teil.

Good site when we found it, again the coordinates seemed to be a little confused, but after going over the big Rhone Bridge and back again turned immediately right and the site is behind a restaurant. Mix of grass and gravel pitch, perfectly level, first time ever. Lovely sunny againnfternoon.
