Very grey day as we head south to Vigo, before we left Tony got under and put some duct tape over the waste water pipe hole, in case mice or insects got in before we gathered a pipe for it.
Roundabouts every 3/4 miles, we saw a long moho towing a car....good luck to him.
All very green here, vineyards, orchards, vegetable blocks and trees. Drove up over massive viaduct and a mere 7% gradient, then down 6% gradient....over yet another massive viaduct, the engineering here is very impressive.
Drove around the very large city of Pontevedra on a large river, looked very nice from a far.
Saw first xmas decorations I little village not far from Vigo, after route re calculation a couple of times back on track, got €40 diesel at €1.22..served again. Plan A was a place in Moscow just outside Vigo, but there was nothing there, wanted us to go down a narrow farm track between grapevines....nah....don't think so, managed to turn around and headed to Plan B ....a must see called Tui....yep just like the bird...last village before Portugal.
What a gem! Lovely little cobbled park for about 4 moho's by a pretty patch of grass, trees, picnic table and bench, with an old castle on the hill and on the edge of a little village. It has black waste dump and fresh water, a very pretty little stop. Tony got a fresh Pan .70c for lunch and spoke to a line Englishman in a camper on his way south.
