A few people left the camp this morning, sun shining and warm enough to sit out in but very cool out of the sun.
The showers are spacious, open concrete cubicles, so very drafty, but the water was hot. Caught up on blog then we went to restaurant on site for lunch Prato do Dia €7.50 for soup with bread, fish or meat with rice, desert, a bottle of wine and a coffee. Very good food and service, very helpful with language and translations.
We walked down the hill and along the beach front to the Contineta supermarket, very cold Atlantic breeze, the dogs don't always get picked up after but no where near as bad as France.
Very good store, xmas goodies out look delicious, good variety of fresh fish and large dried salted cod which is very popular here. Tony spotted a bottle of 130 Anniversary Porto Cruz tawny port €5.....he used to sell it NZ for $32..(40% Jim Anderton Tax)......in the bag.....be rude not to in the home of Port haha.
We got the last of the afternoon rays, then had a lite tea cheese, grapes, pear fresh bread an a wee glass of port.
