A smooth, incident free exit from London, South to the coast.
Lunch stop at Brighton seafront, sunny but very blustery.
Plan A was nice spot by a lake but too small for us, so plan B Arundel near the castle wit green fields oo one side and stream the other of a long tree lined road, couple of motorhomes parked up, so managed to just get in, although we were a bit wide, felt it was OK.
Met the German couple behind us,they spoke very good English from Wasserburg, but not the one we went to, apparently there is another one near Munich where they live. After quite a long chat and exchange of address and emails, they went off for a walk .
Then the rain came and gradually got heavier, but quite nice. Jenna had lent me a book which I started reading and couldn't put down, good murder, mystery with a touch of magic.
Tony cooked dinner, he had Lincolnshire sausages and I had salmon, with frozen vegetables and boiled new potatoes.
